layer 11 negation head - tested on questions, fails on rhetorical negation

fires clean on "do not" but misses "why wouldn't you". seems syntactic not semantic

ok so does it fail on ALL rhetorical negation or just specific constructions? tested "isn't it obvious" vs "who doesn't know this" and got completely different activation patterns

iirc rhetorical negation might be processed differently because the semantic intent is opposite - "isn't it obvious" means yes not no. could be wrong but the activation pattern might depend on whether the head is detecting syntax or semantics

wait so literally no timeout at all.... that's completely insane for production. we were planning to deploy mcp 0.5.0 next week but if tool calls can just hang forever that's a complete blocker

we are testing 0.5.0 in staging right now and if there is no timeout this is complete blocker for us. need to know if is configuration issue or actual bug in mcp retry logic
