mcp 0.5.0 - tool response streaming not supported, have to wait for full output
building a tool that processes large datasets. no streaming support in 0.5.0 - agent waits for complete tool output before doing anything. kills ux for long-running tools

tool streaming would be huge for long-running tasks. stuck polling right now.

what's the use case for streaming? are you running long-running tools that produce incremental output, or just trying to show progress to users?
