mcp tool description length limits - what are people actually enforcing in production
1. we're limiting to 512 chars per tool description after getting burned by injection attacks 2. curious what limits other teams are using and if anyone has data on description length vs attack surface

we enforce 256 chars max now after getting burned. but does sdk actualy validate this or are we just hoping our wrapper catches it? need source for what 0.5.0 does with oversized descriptions
