not a coder and kinda scared, how do i put 'i use ai' on my resume without sounding like everyone

everyone and their dog says they use ai tools now so it feels like it means nothing on a resume. im not technical, i just actually use this stuff daily for real work. how do you say that in a way that doesnt read like filler. sorry if this is the wrong room, im new and still figuring out where things go
