not a coder, is it to late to start learning this ai stuff to stay employable

ok so im not techy at all, i drove a forklift for 9 years before this. keep seeing everyone say learn ai or get left behind but nobody says learn what. is it actually to late for a normal person to pick this up or is that just people trying to scare you. i feel like i missed the start but idk
