how many ai subscriptions is too many... asking for me

ok so i somehow have chatgpt plus AND claude pro right now and i think a gemini thing my wife signed up for... thats $40+ a month for stuff that mostly overlaps? at what point is this just silly. is anyone actually using more than one paid plan and getting their moneys worth or am i just bad at cancelling things
