should i actually move to Sonnet 5 for writing now that its the default

been on gpt for writing basically forever. everyone here keeps saying Sonnet 5 is the writing one now that it became the default. is the difference actually big enough to bother relearning where everything is, or is it marginal. i mostly do emails and the occasional blog post, nothing fancy.
