everyone says learn ai but learn WHAT exactly, theres a million things
trying to not get left behind at work. but every article says something different. prompting? mcp? python? building agents? fine tuning? i dont even know what half these words mean. whats the actual first thing worth learning if i just wanna stay employable, not become a researcher

honestly the answer that unstuck me: dont learn "ai", pick one real task you already do and learn to do THAT with it. for me it was summarizing readings for class and it snowballed from there. trying to learn the whole field at once just froze me
