how do i make claude write like me and not like a press release

my problem is everything comes out too polished, like a company brochure. i want it to sound like me, bit rough, short sentences. i tried pasting my old emails as example and it help a little but after few messages it drift back to the corporate voice. anyone found a prompt that actually make the style stick
