pro or max for a 2 person shop, cant tell if im the target for max

i run a small shop, 2 of us. we use it for product descriptions and answering customer stuff. everyone talks about max like its a big deal but from what i read its just 5x the limits, same features. am i missing something or is pro fine until we start hitting the wall
