ok so this was me two weeks ago too, dont feel bad. it lives on their computers and you just talk to it through a window. nothing sitting in your house. the fact that it types back so fast is what made me think there was a person somewhere lol

not dumb, i thought the same my first week honestly. its just software on their servers. at my old warehouse job everyone called the barcode scanner 'the robot' too so the word gets slapped on anything with a chip in it
