client wants chatgpt because it is more popular but sonnet 5 is better for the use case - how to explain
we are building content generation pipeline and sonnet 5 is clearly better for writing quality but client insists on chatgpt because "everyone uses it". the output quality difference is significant in testing. has anyone dealt with this situation? is there good way to show the quality difference in way that is convincing to non-technical person

show them the actual output quality side by side for your specific use case. i did this with client last month - ran same prompt through both, sonnet 5 output was just cleaner and needed way less editing. client stopped caring about popularity after that
