using AI for customer emails - am i going to regret this
I run a small consulting business and started using claude to draft client emails and proposals. It saves me probably 5 hours a week but I'm worried it's going to say something weird or make me sound like everyone else. Anyone else doing this? What's your experience been - does it actually hurt your brand or am I overthinking it
I've been using Claude for customer emails for my consulting business for about 4 months now. It's been fine but you HAVE to read every single one before sending. Last month it made up a discount we don't offer and I caught it literally as my finger was on the send button lol. Use it as a draft tool not a send-it-blind tool
this is good advice 1. always read before sending 2. it WILL make stuff up if you dont check
i use it for customer emails and its fine so far.... just read them before you send to make sure it didnt make something up
it will definitely make stuff up. read everything before you send
