whats the difference between claude max $100 and $200 - do you get extra features

Looking at upgrading from Pro but confused about the Max tiers. The $200/month plan says 20x limits vs 5x for $100. But do you get any actual extra FEATURES at $200 or is it literally just higher usage limits? Trying to figure out if $100 is enough or if I need the $200 one.
