is it safe to paste work emails into claude.... does it train on that

i've been using claude for cleaning up my work emails and meeting notes but suddenly worried if this is a bad idea?? does anthropic train on everything i paste in or is there actually privacy.... the terms of service are like 40 pages long and i just want a straight answer
