paying for claude pro and chatgpt plus - am i dumb or is this normal now

i have both subscriptions ($40/month total) because i use claude for writing anything creative and chatgpt for research + browsing the web.... but like is this just what we do now? pay for multiple AI subscriptions like we pay for netflix and spotify? feels weird but also i use both literally every day so maybe it's fine??
