keep hitting limit on claude free, is pro worth it or should i try chatgpt instead

been using claude free for like two weeks now for work stuff (drafting emails, summarizing meeting notes) and i hit the limit almost every day around 2pm. is pro actually worth $20 or should i just switch to chatgpt which i think has a bigger free tier?? also really confused about the different claude plans - saw something about Max being $100 which seems insane. what do you even get for that?
