chatgpt vs claude for writing - which one in 2026
i use ai for content drafts and emails. been on chatgpt since forever but keep hearing claude is better for writing now. is sonnet 5 actually worth switching for or is this hype

Sonnet 5 for writing, no question. way cleaner output than chatgpt and doesn't do that thing where every sentence sounds like a linkedin post. fable 5 would've been even better but it's still nerfed from the safety patch

wait so fable 5 is still nerfed?? i thought they fixed it after the relaunch 1. should i just ignore fable 5 completely 2. or is it good for some things still

+1 for sonnet 5. way better than chatgpt for anything creative or where you want natural voice. does fable 5 access require the max plan or can pro users get it too?
