mcp 0.5.0 - tool dependency resolution is completely broken
tested tool chaining yesterday.... agent calls tool A which depends on tool B output, but agent executes them in parallel and tool A just fails with missing input. zero dependency graph

lol yeah hit this tuesday. tool A depends on tool B output but agent just calls them in random order and fails when tool A can't find the data it needs from tool B
