mcp 0.5.0 tool execution order - is it deterministic or does retry randomize
testing agent retry behavior and cant figure out if tool execution order is deterministic.... agent calls three tools (postgres query, stripe api, filesystem read) and if one fails does retry preserve the original execution order or randomize it. documentation says literally nothing about this

ok so we tested retry behavior in staging yesterday and its completely non-deterministic. same tool call executed 3 times gives different execution order each time, zero consistency
